Amazing User Experience for feedback dialog

Providing feedback should be pleasant. People are often cautious when providing feedback. We have learned that not everyone can take it and it's often easy to stay on the safe side. But honest feedback is the most valuable thing that we can get to move us forward.

Perfect Memory is a startup, that aspires to care about users the same as customers. One of the ways is to provide a safe and pleasant way to share feedback and act on it. This is why we have released a new feedback modal dialog.

Giving feedback should be a great User Experience. The form starts with an emoji to lighten and set the mood. It explains what will happen with the feedback to guide and empower the user. Setting the type to Issue also precheck to Included the system logs.

The whole User Interface is about simplicity. No fields are mandatory. Email is pre-filled for Signed-in users. Yet it is optional with a label to explain what happens when you share it.
